Liability for content

Under Section 7 (1) of the Telemedia Act, we are responsible, in our capacity as service provider, for our own content on these pages in keeping with the generally applicable laws.  However, under Sections 8 to10 of the Telemedia Act, we have no obligation as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate for circumstances that may indicate illegal activity.

This shall have no effect on the obligations to remove information or to make it unavailable for usage in keeping with the generally applicable laws.  However, any liability in this context cannot arise until such time asthe specific legal violation becomes known. If corresponding legal violations become known, we will remove such content immediately.

Liability for links

Our service offer contains links to third-party websites over the content of which we have no influence.  For this reason, we cannot grant any warranty for such third-party content. Responsibility for linked content invariably lies with the respective offeror or operator of the relevant webpages. The linked webpages were examined for potential legal violations at the time of their linkage.  No illegal content was ascertainable at the time of linkage.
